ADMISSION INTO STATE-OWNED TECHNICAL COLLEGES FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION
The Delta State Ministry of Technical Education hereby announces the commencement of the sale of admission forms into Junior Technical I (JT I) and Senior Technical I (ST I) classes in the State-owned Technical Colleges for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

1. Model Technical College, Asaba – JT I ONLY (Day & Boarding)
2. Model Technical College, Effurun – JT I ONLY (Day & Boarding)
3. Model Technical College, Obiaruku – JT I & ST I (Day & Boarding)
4. Model Technical College, Omadino – JT I & ST I (Day & Boarding)
5. Model Technical College, Oghareki – JT I & ST I (Day & Boarding)
6. Agbor Technical College, Agbor – JT I ONLY (Day & Boarding)
7. Sapele Technical College, Sapele – JT I ONLY (Day & Boarding)
8. Utagba-Ogbe Technical College, Kwale – JT I ONLY (Day Only)
9. Ofagbe Technical College, Ofagbe – JT I ONLY (Day Only)
10. Issele-Uku Technical College, Issele-Uku – JT I ONLY (Day Only)
11. Ogor Technical College, Otogor – JT I ONLY (Day Only)
ELIGIBILITY
• Admission into JT I is open to candidates who have passed the Cognitive/Placement Examination (Primary School Leaving Certificate Examination) and are not more than 13 years of age.
• Admission into ST I is open to candidates who have passed the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applicants are required to purchase an online registration scratch card at a non-refundable fee of ?3,000.00 through any Zenith Bank branch using the details below:

After payment, candidates should collect their registration scratch cards from the Ministry of Technical Education Headquarters, Asaba, or from any of the Technical Colleges.
Candidates should then visit the admissions portal at:
http://admissions.deltastatemote.org
to complete their registration using the access code provided on the scratch card.
Upon successful registration, candidates must print their photo card and present it at the examination venue.
IMPORTANT DATES
• Commencement of Sale of Forms: Monday, 15 June 2026
• Closing Date for Registration: Saturday, 1 August 2026
• Entrance Examination Date: Saturday, 8 August 2026
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
The entrance examination will be conducted at the various Technical Colleges.
Candidates are expected to be seated in their examination halls on or before 9:00 a.m.
The examination will cover:
• English Studies/Language
• Mathematics
• Vocational Aptitude
